1 Overview
At Shade Review Store, we are committed to delivering quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as it outlines the terms under which refunds and replacements may be issued.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
2 All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Shade Review Store are considered final at the time of sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders for any reason other than those outlined in Section 3 below.
This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and operational efficiency for all of our customers.
3 Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged due to transit, we will make it right.
Eligibility: To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Requests submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item shipped at no additional cost — your choice.
4 Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation at any time before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to our shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Because every transaction incurs non-recoverable payment processing fees on our end, all approved cancellations are subject to a 10% flat restocking fee deducted from the original order total. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Example: If your order total was $100.00, a restocking fee of $10.00 would be applied and you would receive a refund of $90.00.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check fulfillment status before your order ships.
Order Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is an error with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
